How it began:
The new construction division of Rhett Real Estate, Inc. (then named REI) began in 1963 when Rick Sprouse and the Rhetts joined in a business partnership to create Rhett and Sprouse. Rick, an experienced builder from Kansas, was anxious to have a service-oriented family selling his structures.
Now, three decades later, we coordinate all contractors and sub-contractors, working to stay 30 days ahead on selection decisions regarding the homes.
Typical build-out time is nine months (12 months maximum) for a custom home. Rhett's customer service efforts extend from construction through the other details such as pool installation and maintenance, roofing, painting and beyond.
